Shantel brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to building the teams and culture behind an exceptional hospitality experience at Turnberry Ocean Colony. With more than seven years of Human Resources experience and over 16 years in customer service, she combines an understanding of employee engagement with an appreciation for service excellence. Originally from the United Kingdom, Shantel holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Public Relations and is a certified Human Resources Management professional. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS implementation and optimization, compliance and leadership development, with a focus on creating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered to perform at their best. As a trusted partner to employees and leadership, Shantel is passionate about strengthening workplace culture, developing teams and creating employee experiences. Through her commitment to people and service, she helps foster the culture that supports the resident experience at Turnberry Ocean Colony.
Harry Linzmayer
Executive Chef
With more than 20 years of culinary leadership in ultra-luxury residential communities, private members clubs, and oceanfront properties, Chef Linzmayer, a Certified Executive Chef, brings a refined and resident-focused approach to dining at Turnberry Ocean Colony. Known for his expertise in personalized, high-touch culinary experiences, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional in-residence dining, private chef services, and thoughtfully curated amenity-based programs. As Executive Chef, he leads the culinary program across the property, from the restaurant to poolside, beachside, and special events, with a commitment to excellence, creativity, and elevated service.
Burak Isman
Director of Hospitality
With more than 30 years of luxury hospitality experience, Burak brings an understanding of exceptional service, operational leadership and resident-focused hospitality to Turnberry Ocean Colony. His career began in Europe, where he developed a foundation in German and international service standards before continuing his work with five-star hotels, private clubs, acclaimed dining destinations and luxury residential communities across the United States. Throughout his career, Burak has built and led high-performing teams while fostering a service culture centered on attention to detail, consistency and creating memorable experiences. His experience includes renowned South Florida destinations including Joia Beach Club, Zuma and The Versace Mansion, as well as luxury residential properties. With a passion for service and creating welcoming environments, Burak brings a hospitality perspective and commitment to excellence that enhances the resident experience at Turnberry Ocean Colony.
Andres Serna
Director of Spa and Wellness
Andres brings over 15 years of luxury hospitality experience and a lifelong passion for wellness to Turnberry Ocean Colony. A former professional athlete, he combines his understanding of balance and mindfulness with the sophistication of five-star service. He has led award-winning spa operations across Miami, including The Setai, Fisher Island Beach Club, and Murano at Portofino, as well as the Best New Spa of the Year at the Gale Hotel and Residences. Known for his collaborative leadership and dedication to excellence, Andres is committed to enhancing the resident experience and elevating Turnberry Ocean Colony’s spa and wellness program.
Alejandra Millan
Executive Administrative Manager
With a professional background rooted in marketing, web design, and hospitality management, Alejandra brings bilingual fluency and a global perspective shaped by her upbringing in Santa Fe de Bogotá, Colombia. With over 12 years of experience in customer service, property management, and hospitality, she is a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and has been a dedicated leader at Turnberry Ocean Colony for more than a decade. She oversees administrative operations for both properties and the Master Association Club, ensuring consistently exceptional service and support for residents.
